WHY SHOULD WE HIRE HIM?
Here's the deal... Anybody can play music from a Laptop or iPod. DJ Simba knows how to pick music that fits the crowd since no crowd is the same. He knows his music library as well as music in general well enough to be able to make sure any crowd's melody cravings are satisfied.

Yes, he does out of town events! DJ Simba is based in Nottingham, but as a mobile disco, he does travel further afield for guests that he has impressed locally on functions and celebrations elsewhere in the UK. it's nice to be liked!
He offers different packages based on audience sizes because he strives to have the best sound system possible. Usually, when there are more guests, he recommends having more speakers because it can cover a given room or audience size with the same sound quality as a smaller room or audience.
When you have decided that he is your DJ of choice, you know the date of your event and venue location, you must contact him as soon as possible.
Yes, he has a certificate of safety (PAT) for all his equipment and he carries a £10million Public Liability Insurance (PLI). If needed, he can forward a copy directly onto your venue.
He can but prefers not to for the following reason. His music library is extensive, and he will only play a tiny selection of the overall library at your event. He prefers to customise the music to your specific tastes and creates a customized live entertainment experience on the night. So he prefers that you give him detailed information about music that you like and dislike and let him know the specific songs that you think your guests will most enjoy.
Yes, as he is a certified DJ, he plays any genre of music and those from many different African countries too.
Mixing is a pretty basic skill for a DJ, but how DJ Simba does it says a lot about his style. He pays close attention in music selection and mixing to generate enough blend on the transition to keep people having fun and dancefloor’s packed without “Dead Beat”
He has both! If you prefer to speak with some of his former clients personally, he will gladly provide you with references who are more than happy to discuss the quality of his performance and customer service. He wants you to feel completely comfortable in researching his services.
No, most clients don't want this, people want to hear music, not a DJ that likes the sound of his own voice. But of course, he can make dedications, requests, announcements, and calls for things like "last orders at the bar".
WHAT HIS EQUIPMENT PACKAGES CONSISTS OF?

He has state-of-the-art lighting unlike other DJ’s within your price range. His lights are most amazing & beautiful, with lighting effects which showcase your party as elegantly to WOW the crowd! With his lights collection, he has the ability to create a unique text-and-pattern-producing laser effect. He can create not only a name but any word or phrase you choose, then displays it with eye-popping brightness, rotating on a room’s surfaces e.g. ceilings, walls and floor to give your show a dramatic personal touch that won’t soon be forgotten.
His professional wireless microphone systems transmit in UHF radio frequency and are available as a handheld microphone with an integrated transmitter or body-pack transmitter, which connects with a thin wire to a headset microphone.
His set-up includes a DJ Booth/Box for a very smart professional look to your event. It conceals all the cables and equipment being used and turns an ordinary disco into a very presentable set. A great focal point for your DJ Simba.
A smoke machine is also available, which improves the effect of the lights used. The beams of light are highlighted in the mist however, many venues do not allow the use of smoke machines due to smoke alarms. Please check with the venue operators before requesting the use of a smoke machine, you don't want the flashing blue lights of the fire engine at your party!!
All equipment that he uses for mobile disco is regularly updated, carefully maintained and designed to impress. For your ultimate safety and reassurance, all equipment used carries a P.A.T. certificate (Portable Appliance Tested). Some venues require a copy of P.A.T. certificate. If so, just inform DJ-Simba when booking and the relevant certificates can be passed on. In addition, DJ-Simba currently holds £10 Million Public Liability Insurance.
